Having used Adobe Photoshop since it was Aldus Pagemaker, Courtney McKeand is very proficient with the program. They couple it with a Huion KAMVAS GT-191 Drawing Tablet with HD Screen 8192 Pressure Sensitivity - 19.5 Inch to create their digital art. They also use an iPad Pro with Procreate for creating flights of fantasy and future.

Often styling themself as a "Multi-Media Queen," in addition to digital art, Courtney McKeand is talented in the use of a wide variety of traditional art mediums such as graphite, colored pencils, watercolors, chalk pastels, water soluble pencils, acrylic paints, ink, art markers, and oil paints.
